Do you offer free estimates?

Yes! We provide fast, no-pressure, 100% free estimates for all interior and exterior projects. You’ll receive a detailed scope, product breakdown, and transparent pricing—no surprises.

How soon can you start my project?

Start dates vary by season, but we always aim to get your project on the schedule quickly. 

  • Exteriors: Typically March-October Depending on weather

  • Interiors: Year around availability. We can usually begin within 1-2 weeks after an estimate is approved.

What paint brands do you use?

We proudly use Sherwin-Williams premium paint lines including ProMar 200, SuperPaint, Duration, and Emerald. We recommend different lines depending on the surface, budget, and durability needs.

Do you help with paint colors?

Absolutely. Every project includes a free color consultation where we help you pick the perfect palette, finishes, and accents.

 

Are you insured?

Yes. Rise Painting is fully insured, giving you peace of mind while we’re working on your home.

What is your prep process like?

We’re meticulous about prep work because it’s what makes the finish last. Depending on the job, prep can include:

  • Light drywall repairs

  • Caulking gaps and cracks

  • Masking floors, furniture, windows, and fixtures

  • Sanding surfaces

  • Priming as needed

  • Our crews protect your home from start to finish.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes—every project includes our Rise Protection Plan, and the warranty length depends on the paint option you choose:

  • Good – 5-Year Warranty (SuperPaint)

  • Better – 8-Year Warranty (Duration)

  • Best – 10-Year Warranty (Emerald)

Do you move furniture?

We ask homeowners to move small items, décor, blinds, and valuables ahead of time. We can move larger furniture pieces as long as the space is reasonably cleared. Blind removal/reinstallation is available for $5 per blind.

Are drywall repairs included?

Small nail holes and minor repairs are included. Larger repairs or re-texturing can be completed for $75/hr, with a change order submitted based on the total hours needed.

Do you handle carpentry repairs?

Yes, we replace rotted or damaged exterior boards. Costs depend on the linear footage and condition, and we always inspect and submit a change order before doing additional carpentry work. We also offer Bondo/wood filler repairs for $75 per repair.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Parker, Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Highlands Ranch, Aurora, Centennial, and surrounding areas.

How long will my project take?

Most interior projects take 1-5 days, depending on size and scope. Exterior projects typically take 2–3 days depending on prep work and weather.

Do you require a deposit?

Most projects require a small deposit to secure your spot on the schedule. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and walkthrough.

Do you protect landscaping during exterior painting?

We take great care around plants, lawns, and shrubs. However, due to the nature of exterior work, Rise Painting is not liable for accidental damage to landscaping, as outlined in our estimate disclaimers.
